Why can’t I connect to my mobile device during the digital verification process?
The digital verification process is compatible with the following browsers and mobile devices.
Supported browsers include the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Opera.
Digital verification is supported by the latest version of iOS, and Android on mobile devices.
Please note, digital verification doesn’t support Firefox on iOS, and Android.
