Activate Your PC Financial Card!


First time activations:

  1. Sign up using this link: Create Account (opens in a new window)External link

  2. Log in using either:

    • Web portal (opens in a new window)External link

    • Mobile app (iOS (opens in a new window)External link or Android Playstore (opens in a new window)External link)

  3. Go to ‘Accounts’

  4. Select the card you would like to activate

  5. Click on ‘Activate now’ and follow the onscreen prompt.

Damaged card replacements:

  1. Your new card will be delivered to you active and can be used right away for online or in-store purchases.

  2. However, you’re required to enable tap functionality on your card by following the steps below

  • Make a purchase at any physical store that accepts card payments.

  • Insert your card and enter your existing PIN when prompted.

  • After completing the transaction, tap functionality will be enabled on your card.

New card for other reasons (e.g., lost/stolen, product switch, card expiration etc.)

Please use one of the following options to activate your new card:
Option 1: In-store (Our simple and convenient way)
  1. Make a purchase at any physical store that accepts card payments.

  2. Insert your card and enter your existing PIN when prompted.

  3. Once your transaction is completed, your card will be activated and can be used in-store and online.

Option 2: Online
  1. Log in using either:

    • Web portal (opens in a new window)External link

    • Mobile app (iOS (opens in a new window)External link or Android Playstore (opens in a new window)External link)

  2. Go to ‘Accounts’

  3. Select the card you would like to activate

  4. Click on ‘Activate now’ and follow the onscreen prompts.

*These instructions are for both PC Mastercard and PC Money Account.

Did you know?

If you've received a replacement card, you don't need to reactivate it - just call the number on the sticker that came on your new card to confirm your PIN or create a new PIN.
