I received a replacement card, do I need to activate my card again?

If you've received a new card because your current card is expiring soon or was reported lost/stolen, all you have to do is confirm or update your PIN by following the steps listed on your new card.

Mobile Steps

  1. Login to your PC Financial® mobile app

  2. Go to 'Accounts & Cards'

  3. Click 'Cards'

  4. Confirm or change your PIN

  5. Done!

Desktop Steps

  1. Login to your PC Financial® online account

  2. Go to 'Accounts & Cards'

  3. Click 'Cards'

  4. Confirm or change your PIN

  5. Done!
