I’m the primary cardholder, can I activate for my additional cardholder?
Yes, you can activate your additional cardholder’s card. Please follow the steps below:
If you received a new card alongside your Additional Cardholder:
Step 1- Activate your card
Log in to your PC Financial® account, via web at www.pcfinancial.ca/activate (opens in a new window) or via the mobile app
Go to ‘Accounts’.
Select the card you would like to activate.
Click on ‘Activate card’ and follow the onscreen prompts.
Step 2- Active your Additional Cardholder’s card
After successfully activating your card, click the ‘Activate card’ option as shown on your success screen (screenshot could be added)
Select the additional cardholder’s card you want to activate/ Select the card you would like to activate
Click on ‘Activate selected card’
Done!
If only your Additional Cardholder received a new card or if you want to activate their card later, please follow the steps below:
Go to ‘Accounts’.
Select ‘Manage Additional Cardholder’.
Select the card you want to activate and click on ‘Activate card’.
Done!
