How do I recover my username online?

If you've forgotten your username you can recover it online.

Steps (Desktop)

  2. Click on "Forgot Username" to recover your username

  3. Follow the steps to verify your identity

  4. Retrieve your username and look for a confirmation email

Steps (Mobile)

  1. Launch the PC Financial mobile app.

  2. Tap on Forgot Username to recover your username
