How do I reset my password online?

If you've forgotten your password, or find yourself locked out of your account, you can reset them online.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you are in a secure environment to reset your password

  • Make sure you have your PC Financial® Mastercard® on hand

  • You cannot reuse previously used passwords

Steps (Desktop)

  1. Go to the PC Financial sign in (opens in a new window)External link page

  2. Click on "Forgot Password" to reset your password (don't forget to be creative and follow the guidelines to set a strong password!)

Steps (Mobile)

  1. Launch the PC Financial mobile app

  2. Tap on Forgot Password to reset your password (don't forget to be creative and follow the guidelines to set a strong password!)
