I've submitted an online request. When will my request be completed?
We will address your request within 48 hrs. You will see a notification in the message center that either your request has been fully processed, there’s an update to request status, or a message from one of our service representatives about your request needing more information or confirming the request details.
You can view your messages by signing into your PC Financial online account.
On the web
Navigate to your profile menu by selecting your profile picture (or the placeholder image if you haven't uploaded a profile picture) in the top right corner of the screen. Select “Support” and navigate to “Messaging Centre” to access your messages.
On the mobile app
Navigate to your profile menu by tapping the “more” button (last button in the bottom row with 4 dots). Select “Support” and navigate to “Messaging Centre” to access your messages.
