How do I cancel a bill payment?

You can cancel any bill payment from your PC Money™ Account up until it is carried out by logging into your online account.

Steps

  1. Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account

  2. Select Move Money

  3. Click pay bills

  4. Click scheduled and pending

  5. Click on the transaction you’d like to cancel

  6. Click cancel

Helpful tip

You can schedule a payment for up to 1 year in advance.
