How do I request money through Interac e-Transfer® services?

Easily request an Interac e-Transfer® from friends and family with your PC Money™ Account.

Steps

  1. Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account

  2. Select Move Money

  3. Click Interac e-Transfer®

  4. Click request money

  5. Select or add your contact

  6. Input the amount you want to request

  7. Confirm your Interac e-Transfer®

  8. Your contact will receive the request and can accept to send you the Interac e-Transfer®

Helpful tip

You can send your friend a reminder by viewing your scheduled and pending transactions and selecting "Remind".
