Recurrent Payments or Pre-authorized debits – If I have money in my savings balance, will that money be moved to cover my incoming bills?

Funds in your PC Money™ Account savings balance will not be transferred to your spending balance without your instructions. If a purchase, pre-authorized transaction, bill payment or other transaction exceeds the amount of the funds in your spending balance, the transaction may be declined and you may be charged a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee. See the terms of your PC Money™ Account for more details.
