Canada Post service disruption: Important information on Postal Delivery Delays
Canada Post is currently experiencing a service disruption resulting in mail delivery delays for our customers. We have taken steps to minimize the impact on your card and paper statement deliveries.
Here’s what you need to know:
Card Deliveries
- Cards with expiry dates between September and October 2025 were reissued and delivered to your address, in anticipation of this postal service disruption.
- Cards with expiry dates between November and December 2025 were reissued and may not be delivered yet. Please expect a delay in delivery.
- If you have recently applied for a card or are expecting a card replacement (for a damaged, lost, or stolen card), please expect a delay in delivery.
Statement delays and payments
- PC Mastercard cardholders currently receiving paper statements will experience delays in receiving their statements in the mail. As a reminder, you are still responsible for making your payments on time.
- PC Money Account statements remain available online and are not affected.
How to manage during the Canada Post Service Disruption:
To avoid interruptions or delayed payments, we offer several recommendations:
Uninterrupted access to your PC® Mastercard®
- Add your card to your mobile wallet. Expired cards will be automatically updated in your mobile wallet, allowing access to your card while you wait for a new card to arrive in the mail.
Payments
- To make payments quickly and securely, sign into PC Financial® online banking or download the PC Financial® Mobile Banking app.
- Set up autopay or pay using your bank account and add PC® Mastercard ® as a payee.
E-statements
- We recommend enrolling for e-statements so you can view statements without any interruptions.
