I can’t access my online account anymore. What do I do to get access to my online account?

If you are having trouble logging in, it may be because you are using an incorrect user name or password.

Before you re-enter your credentials, please remember:

  • User names and passwords are case-sensitive

  • Answers to your selected security questions have to be an exact match

  • If you enter your credentials too many times without gaining access, the system will automatically lock your account

If you find your account to be locked, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure your PC Financial Mastercard is on hand

  • Log in to the email registered with the account for verification purposes

Steps to Unlock your Online Banking (Desktop/Mobile)

  1. If you are seeing an account locked message, please try resetting your password

  2. If you are seeing an account blocked message due to too many incorrect One-time Password entries (OTP), you will need to call us at 1-866-246-7262. One of our agents will be able to assist you

  3. Once enrolled, you will be automatically logged in and asked to validate your email

  4. Please make sure you validate the email link in your inbox before clicking/tapping on "Continue" as you will not be able to log in otherwise

Download the PC Financial mobile app and enroll directly from there. You can set up biometrics and never worry about a password again!
