How do I customize my notifications and alerts?

We offer a number of notification options to help manage your account, from purchase notices you set, to monthly payment due notices. Notifications can be setup to be sent via email, text and/or push notifications. You are in control and change your alert settings at any time.

Alerts have now been streamlined from five individual alerts to two categories: Balance & Spending and Account Updates.

Balance & Spending Alerts:

  • A purchase made that exceeds a set limit amount

  • Balance amount has exceeded a set limit

Account Updates Alerts:

  • Payment due date

  • Payment was made on your account

  • You missed a payment

Important note: Once the new updates happen, if you have previously opted into any of the above listed alerts you will now receive all alerts within the category that your existing alerts fall into.
