How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer®?
You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer® before your recipient deposits it (unless the recipient has auto deposit enabled) by logging into your account. Please note, you will be charged a fee to cancel an Interac e-Transfer®.
Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account
Click the pay and transfer button (the "+" on your mobile app)
Click Interac e-Transfer®
Click Send money
Click scheduled and pending
Click on the transaction you’d like to cancel
If the recipient has auto deposit enabled, the funds will be transferred instantly, and you will not be able to cancel the transfer.
