I saw the option to redeem points toward my PC Insiders™ World Elite® Mastercard® annual fee but it's no longer available, why is this the case?

You are only able to redeem PC Optimum™ points toward your annual fee if you meet all of the below criteria:

• Be the primary cardholder of a PC Insiders™ World Elite® Mastercard® that’s in good standing.

• Have at least 10,000 PC Optimum™ points.

• Your annual fee has been charged to your account within the last 45 days.
