With a PC Insiders™ World Elite Mastercard®, you'll receive a complimentary PC Express™ Pass (valued at $99.99 per year). Any existing PC Express™ Pass associated with your PC™ id will be cancelled, and you’ll get a refund of the unused portion of your PC Express™ Pass subscription to your current card on file within a few business days.

You'll also receive an email when your complimentary PC Express™ Pass is activated, once you have linked your PC Optimum™ account.
