Canada Post service disruption: Important information on postal delivery delays

As Canada Post resumes service and works to clear its mail backlog, expect a delay in mail delivery to and from PC Financial, including paper statements, new or replacement cards, and other documents.

Please remember that you are required to continue to make regular payments to meet your financial obligations.

To make it easier to stay on top of your finances and payments:

  • Access your account information through PC Financial online banking where you can review your statements, monitor transactions, and make payments.
  • If you don’t have online banking, simply sign into PC Financial online or download the PC Financial Mobile Banking app to get started. For step-by-step instructions, click here.

Here’s what you need to know:

Card Deliveries:

Credit cards with a November and December expiry date were mailed in October. All existing credit cards will remain active until the 25th of the expiring month. If you have previously added your card to your mobile wallet, you can continue to pay with your mobile device while you wait for the new card to arrive. Your new expiry will be automatically updated in your mobile wallet.

If you’ve been approved for a new card, expect delays as Canada Post resumes service.

Statement & Payments:

PC® Mastercard® cardholders who receive paper statements will experience delays. To make things easier, we recommend enrolling in e-statements so you can view your statements, transactions, and payment online without any interruption. To learn how to access e-statements, click here.

To make payments quickly and securely, you can set up autopay or pay using your bank account and adding PC® Mastercard ® as a payee. Click here to learn more.
