Can I turn Click to Pay off if I don't want it?

Yes, you can adjust your Click to Pay preferences anytime within your PC Financial® settings through both mobile app and online banking.

Simply complete the following steps to turn off Click to Pay:

  1. Open “Account Settings”

  2. Go to “My Profile”

  3. Select “Manage Click to Pay”

  4. Use the toggle button to disable Click to Pay

  5. You’ll receive confirmation when your preference is saved

These steps can also be used to turn on Click to Pay, any time. Once you turn on Click to Pay the status will change to “enabled”. If you ever decide to turn off Click to Pay the status will change to “disabled”. You can only re-enable for Click to Pay in the app or online banking by following the steps above. However, a Customer Service agent cannot re-enable Click to Pay once it has been turned off. This can only be done on the PC Financial® app or online banking.

Note: When you turn off Click to Pay with PC Financial®, it doesn't affect previous enrollments with Mastercard® or participating retail sites, any enabled preferences must be managed directly with them. Additionally, by turning off Click to Pay in the PC Financial® app or online banking, you disable Click to Pay with all cards and accounts you have with us. That means if you have a PC® Mastercard® and Money™ Account, you will not be able to use Click to Pay with either card.
