Why is Click to Pay enabled by default with PC Financial®?
Your safety is our top priority. While this service is optional, Click to Pay is automatically enabled to give you security right away. It helps keep your payment details private by adding an extra layer of protection to your PC Financial® cards and online purchases.
If you prefer not to use this service, you can disable it any time in the PC Financial® app or online banking. A “Click to Pay” selection option will be in your settings under “My Profile”. You can also re-enable Click to Pay on both the mobile app and online banking any time.
Note: If you don’t use the PC Financial® app or online banking and want to manage you Click to Pay preferences, you can do so by calling our Customer Service team. However, a Customer Service agent cannot re-enable Click to Pay once it has been turned off. This can only be done on the PC Financial® app or online banking.
