How do I transfer or add funds into my PC Money™ Account from another financial institution?

You can transfer funds to your PC Money Account using any of the following methods:

  1. Set up a recurring bill payment from your other bank/financial institution to automatically transfer funds.

  2. Link an external bank account to seamlessly add funds directly to your PC Money Account.

  3. Request an Interac e-Transfer from yourself or third parties to move funds.

1) Setting up a recurring bill payment from your other bank

Step One: Add PC Financial to your payees

  1. Log into your other bank and go to the "bill payments" section

  2. Add 'PC Financial Mastercard' as a payee. This payee name is valid for setting up your PC Money Account.

  3. Enter your 16-digit PC Money Account card number and save it as a new payee

  4. Make a bill payment to add money to your PC Money Account

Step Two: Set up recurring bill payments

  1. Go to "Bill Payments", and select your newly added PC Money Account

  2. Enter amount and choose your ongoing payment schedule

2) Linking an external bank account

  1. Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account

  2. Select Move Money from the navigation menu

  3. Select Link and manage bank accounts

  4. Click on Link your bank account

  5. Review and accept the terms and conditions, then click Continue

  6. Select your external bank account from the list. You’ll need to enter your login details and verify your identity securely. Rest assured, this information is safe and used only for linking your account.

  7. You’ll see a success screen! You can now seamlessly transfer funds from your linked account.

3) Request an Interac e-Transfer

  1. Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account

  2. Select Move Money from the navigation menu

  3. Click Interac e-Transfer®

  4. Click request money

  5. Select or add yourself as a contact

  6. Input the amount you want to request

  7. Confirm your Interac e-Transfer® request

  8. You’ll get a text or email with the request. When you do, select your other bank.

  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to accept the request and to send funds to your PC Money Account

Helpful tip: If you don’t receive a text or email, you can resend the notification by viewing your scheduled and pending transactions and selecting "Remind".
